We’re excited to be able to offer Kune Kune bacon, breakfast sausage, Italian grillers and jalapeno cheddar SUMMER SAUSAGE! We prefer the quality and depth of flavor that comes from fully matured animals and the satisfaction of knowing they are growing on their own time frame. While Kune Kune pork may cost a more than conventional pork, many consumers find the quality, flavor, and sustainability well worth the investment.

HERITAGE BREED DUCK EGGS – THE CUSTOM MILLED DIFFERENCE
In our search to reduce the use of standard corn and soy-based feeds on our farm, we instead provide our flock with a custom-milled blend based on peanuts and milo to ensure a higher quality of life and a superior egg. While this means our yolks are a delicate, creamy gold rather than bright orange, it also means a silky texture, a cleaner, creamier flavor and a richer nutritional profile.
